Project Overview
To address mounting concerns about the JRPS Reedy Creek parking lot: write RFP and Proposal, research and perform a site visit to determine existing conditions, collect data on parking lot usage, overflow intensity, and demographics, evaluate existing relevant plans of the James River Park System, and write the final Plan.
